We advise real estate developers on fundraising from institutional investors and lenders, and provide support through the negotiation and documentation of investment and financing arrangements.

Complex Contract Drafting — JV/JDA, SRA Projects and Conveyancing

We draft development agreements, joint venture and joint development agreements, and SRA project documentation, including agreements with slum dwellers and development management arrangements. Our conveyancing practice covers agreements for sale, sale deeds, and documentation for registration and stamp duty purposes under Maharashtra law.

Litigation Support — Commercial and Title Disputes

We provide litigation support on real estate disputes, including title disputes, MOFA and RERA matters, and construction contract disputes, working closely with our litigation colleagues on case strategy and preparation.
